Thanks for your patience as we work to settled on a new location.

Meantime, complete information for venues that align with API‘s intent, such as our Externships for our Legal Clinic and others, as well as the development and launch of additional program venues with API continue.

Some of those endeavors include but are not limited to the following:

  • Podcast Communications,
  • Veterinary Support Services,
  • Real Property Asset Management,
  • our Charitable Smiles Foundation and its portfolio of health & well-Fitness programs,
  • our yet-to-be named Legal Service Clinic, which will operate nationally to accommodate our niche market of exempt startups, entrepreneurs and small business concerns that grows at least by 1m each year based on the IRS’s loose count of F1023/1024 applications it receives. This this is our Biz Incubator’s recruitment initiative to introduce 1st-junior year law students to learn the exempt businesses market not just provide cursory support as if a traditional small business because the exempt business arena is anything but and its field specific components. Students who register will serve a 2-yr Legal Services Externship with us, that is unique ONLY to us with our intent that they master knowledge/deliver experienced based services, earn a proprietary credential that will be invaluable to any entity pursuing ANY of the IRSs 28+ Exemption Categories, including former 501c’s wanting to restore their tax exempt status AND existing business entities wishing to converting their for-profit business concern to IRS Approved 501c..
  • and many more in-career training opportunities

Special Endeavors

ED-Lab Online (2002-07) our first charitable endeavor. Now known as SaaS/NaaS ED-Lab was born in early 1998 as a telnet favor to several online classmates with no access to tech resources.

Word got out, a few more students and a few instructors joined and this favor eventually morphed into a multi-year pilot project which IRS approved as a first-of-its kind Application Service Provider (ASP).

2002-2007

It was a free service ahead of its time that struggled to maintain due to resistance against female techs & female innovation in a growing IT field even though funding thru private tech training clients called (a home learners lab).

It was also made possible due to its Founder running an internet service provider which had space to house her backup server, allowing her to set up a Mirror for load balancing her software and secure user access — this was 1 9 9 8!

ED-Lab has been resurrected and is purpose expanded. In addition to ongoing knowledge enrichment, ED-Lab is being retooled as a Multi-Lingual-Multi-Functional NOC * Research & Product Development/Tech ReEngineering Lab & Historical Resource & Preservation Library/Archive.

Its intent also serves as The-Go-To for the unique Intern/Fellowships and resulting knowledge encounters that materialize only within EEF-501cBizInc’s unique universe.
